ACL Rehab FAQ
Q: When should I start?
A: You can begin immediately after surgery. We often start working with patients within 24 to 48 hours post-op to help manage swelling, restore motion, and lay a strong foundation for recovery.
Q: Do I need to be out of insurance visits to join this program?
A: Not at all. Many clients start under their insurance benefits and transition into the subscription plan when those benefits are used up or if they want continued, performance-based care.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. We’ll verify your benefits before you begin and help you get the most out of your covered visits. Once insurance is maxed out, we offer a smooth transition into this subscription model.
Q: What makes this different from standard physical therapy?
A: Most PT clinics focus on basic recovery milestones. We go beyond that with objective testing, individualized sport-specific rehab, movement analysis, and support all the way through return-to-sport. This is rehab plus performance.
Q: What kind of equipment and space do you have?
A: Our clinic includes squat racks, open space for jump and agility training, force plates, and an isometric dynamometer for advanced strength testing. Our Fort Apache location also features indoor turf, perfect for sprint drills, cutting mechanics, and movement work.
Q: Do you offer pre-op or non-operative ACL rehab?
A: Yes. We work with individuals before surgery to optimize strength, reduce swelling, and improve outcomes post-op. We also treat non-operative ACL cases, helping clients build stability, strength, and movement confidence through structured rehab.
Q: How long should I stay in the program?
A: Most clients continue for 3 to 9 months, depending on their starting point and goals. We’ll create a plan that meets your needs, whether you’re trying to return to competition or just want to feel confident in daily life again.
